I'm young, unattached, and I go with the flow. I laugh tons, use my manners, and spend my cash wisely. I dance in my underwear late at night, make wishes when the clock strikes 11:11, and jump whenever I turn a year older. This can go on and on and on and on. So..

Go figure.

The Only Coke I Do Is Poetry

Presenting the late Frank O’Hara’s Having A Coke With You (1966).

I’m not a fan of Coke, or any kind of soda for that matter. Lifted this up from the movie Beastly which I caught earlier this afternoon. It was alright with its modern take on the Disney classic Beauty and the Beast, but I was more drawn to this poem than to Alex Pettyfer’s abs. Curious, I googled O’Hara’s creation to get a copy and read its history.

I must admit, I miss writing poetry. No, I think I miss writing in general. Must get back to it soon.
